We are situated on the waterfront less than a 1 mile from Rothesay and the Ferry pier. Start your break with a leisurely Scottish breakfast, served in our unique Conservatory, which has panoramic views across the bay. Watch the world sail by in a totally relaxed atmosphere! All our bedrooms are non smoking, centrally heated, ensuite with colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Relax and enjoy the ambience we have created in the Residents Lounge. Freezer facilities are available for your "catch of the day". Ample car parking available.

The Unexplored Isle of Bute Bute is the ideal place to unwind, an island of low hills and sandy beaches - just right for the outdoor life where you can relax away from the rush of busier places - that's the magic of the Isle of Bute. Maybe that's why when we came for a "day out" we decided to stay, but that's a long story...... Jim & I spent many years travelling, than settled in Callander, but after 10 years we decided to change direction, but as you have guessed that didn't happen. As both of us have a strong military background, we combined our forces for yet another challenge, and this is it.... We love our island and if you venture here we hope you will love it too! Our home is truly different, so to all friends old and new, we look forward to seeing you again one day...... During the year there are several Festivals on the Island Jazz - Country & Western - Folk etc.. The Bute Highland Games are held in August every year.
